The Residence

The A-frame, rebuilt around the lake.

The original A-frame on Hillway Drive sat on a crystal-clear stretch of Sugden Lake for the better part of a century. The new house keeps the silhouette and replaces almost everything else. InEx Design carried the project, and the listing makes the level of craft clear: 3,480 square feet of meticulously built living space, designer finishes from the slab to the ridge, and an uncompromising attention to detail rarely found at any price point.
